ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR OF PROGRAM OPERATIONS Full-Time
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: · Hire, direct, supervise, train, evaluate, and terminate staff. · In absence of Executive, serve in the capacity. · Supervise and monitor multifaceted programs for quality, contract compliance standards and statistical reporting. · Assist in research, evaluation, proposal development, and implementation of current and new grant initiatives. · Monitor and review programs, with budgetary comprehension. · Oversee preparation and submittal of internal and external reports. · Participate in evaluation of, reporting to, and communication with funding sources. · Participate in policy development. · Attend community meetings, trainings and conferences
The Qualifications of this candidate should be: · Eight to ten years working with individuals with disabilities, five of which are supervisory. · Strong ability building community relations and possess a strong sense of community involvement · Define and delegate responsibilities to Program Managers Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Services or related field, Master’s preferred. · Must be proficient with computers, higher level writing and counseling skills Knowledge of VESID, 504, ADA, CBVH, TBI, OMRDD, Mental health system, Social Security Programs, Work incentives, Entitlement Programs, supportive employment, Federal/State/Local services, laws and systems related to individuals with disabilities.
MICA BRIDGER Full-Time · Work with persons throughout Orange County as well as those identified by the discharge planning teams at hospitals and other treatment facilities. · Assist with and participate in discharge planning by treatment teams during hospitalization and/or other treatment. · Maintain effective working relationships and lines of communication with participating 9.39 hospitals, drug and alcohol treatment centers and other community providers. This includes, when required, participating in in-service presentations and other informational sessions. Qualifications: BS in Human Services, or related chemical dependency field, or 5 yrs in Human Services, Advocacy of 2+ yrs
