Report an Accessibility Barrier!
We appreciate your feedback!
We encourage you to share any concerns or challenges you, your family, or friends may have encountered within our community relating to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Whether it pertains to accessibility issues, such as difficulties entering a facility with a wheelchair or discrimination due to a disability, you can help us by reporting any building or public space that may not meet local accessibility standards.
At Independent Living, Inc., we are committed to advocacy and are eager to investigate these matters further. Our goal is to work collaboratively with the relevant locations to address any potential ADA violations.
To report a barrier, feel free to fill out the form below, call 845-565-1162, or email TWallace@MyIndependentLiving.org.
Thank you for your valuable contribution to helping create a more accessible and inclusive environment for all!
